How do i know my order was successful?

After you ordered you will receive a confirmation mail within the next minutes. If you have created a customer account you can also see your orders in your customer account area.

when will i receive my order?

After your order and successful payment we will directly send your order to our manufacturer so that you can get your order as fast as possible.

Mostly it takes 2 to 5 business days to create your product and make it ready for shipment.

After the order was shipped you will also receive a notification and a trackingcode.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we nearly ship in every country with a few exceptions. For more informations take a look at our Shipping Methods.

Are there any additional taxes i need to pay?

You dont need to pay additional taxes. Its just possible that you need to pay customs, but that varies on the country you live in. All other sales taxes are collected in Germany, so no need to worry about that.

What price are the shipping costs?

You can see the shipping costs in the checkout after you added a shipping address. Mostly we offer free shipping at a total order value of $50 and higher.

Which payments do you offer?

We currently offer PayPal and Creditcard, but plan to introduce more providers in the future. We always work with big and secure payment providers to offer you the best shopping experience.

Are all products in stock?

If you can see a product in our shop its generally available. Since we are using a print-on-demand service the products are manufactured after you ordered. So if you see a design and like it, you can definitely be sure, that its available and ready to order.

Do the phone cases match?

Of course they do, our manufacturer guarantees that all phone cases – no matter if iPhone or Samsung – fit the model you have chosen. But please be sure to choose the exact model, so we can guarantee it fits with your phone.

Can i put the mugs in the dishwasher?

Yes you can. We just offer mugs we are sure of you can put in the dishwasher. If you have problems with your mug after a few washes, feel free to contact us.
